It will provide knowledge about the different types of blade testing and the purpose of these tests. The learner will work with DTU tools used for designing and simulating static and fatigue blade testing. Including both single-axis and bi-axial testing. Pros and cons about different test equipment will be discussed and sensor types and measurement systems will also be covered.

Main Goal

After this course, you’ll be able to:
– Navigate the blade test standard with confidence.
– Understand different types of blade testing and their purposes.
– Design and simulate static and fatigue blade tests.
– Evaluate the pros and cons of various test equipment.
– Identify sensor types and measurement systems used in blade testing.
